Orange Bavarian Dessert
Orange Bavarian Dessert is an easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. gelatin, 1 1/2 c. orange juice, 1/2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. whipping cream, thoroughly chilled and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup of the orange juice and heat over hot water.
Combine remaining 1 1/4 cups orange juice with sugar.
Add gelatin and set in cold place, stirring occasionally to dissolve sugar.
When mixture is set to a soft jelly, whip the cream until stiff.
Fold in lemon juice and then orange gelatin mixture.
Pour into mold and set.
Serves 8.
