Opal's Sweet Potato Fluff
Opal'S Sweet Potato Fluff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. fresh cooked potatoes, 2 sticks margarine, melted, 1 c. granulated sugar, 2 eggs and 1 small can evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix with electric mixer.
