Onion Soup
Onion Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 onions, thinly sliced, 14 c. beef bouillon, 4 tbsp. butter, 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 1/4 tsp. tabasco sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Saute onions in butter in large pan for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Add bouillon, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, Kitchen Bouquet, pepper and salt if needed.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 4 hours.
Pour into crocks; top with toast and Mozzarella cheese.
Put under broiler to melt cheese.
