Onion Soup
Onion Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 medium spanish onions, sliced into rings (about 6 c.), 1/4 c. margarine, 2 tbsp. flour, 2 cans (15 oz. size) beef broth and 2 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute onions 20 minutes.
Stir in flour.
Add broth and water gradually.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Toast bread.
