Onion Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large spanish onions, chopped, 1/4 stick butter, 1/8 c. tamari, 1 1/2 qt. water and 1 1/2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt butter in a 4-quart soup pot.
Saute onions slowly for about 40 minutes or until brown.
Add flour and mix well.
