Onion Pie

In a large skillet, saute onions in oil until soft, but not brown.
Drain.
In mixing bowl, beat eggs.
Add bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and parsley.
Mix well.
Place in greased 10-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
