Onion Pie
Onion Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. crushed ritz crackers, 2 tsp. oleo, 2 eggs, 3/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix crackers with melted stick of oleo.
Press in 8 or 9-inch pie tin.
Saute onions in 2 tablespoons oleo until clear, not brown.
Spoon into crust.
Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Pour over onions.
Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Sprinkle with parsley.
This goes well with a dinner or as an appetizer.
