Onion Pie
Onion Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large onion, 1/2 stick oleo, 1 box jiffy cornbread, 1 egg and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute onion in oleo and set aside.
Mix Jiffy mix, egg, milk and cream-style corn.
Pour batter into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. To onion add sour cream and cheese.
Spoon over batter.
Top with extra cheese.
Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350Β°.
