Onion Pie
Onion Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 onions, sliced thin (can use vidalias), 1 (8-inch) pie crust, 1 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. flour and 1 c. cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Slice onions and allow to stand in water, salted with 1 teaspoon salt for 15 minutes.
Drain.
Place in shell and add flour and cream.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 400Β° for 45 minutes or until done.
