Onion Pie
Onion Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 onions, sliced, 1 pkg. saltine crackers, 2 cubes butter, 3 eggs and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute onions in 1/2 cube butter.
Crush crackers and put into pie pan.
Melt 1 1/2 cubes butter.
Add to crackers.
Mix to form a pie shell.
