Onion Pepper Steak
Onion Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. round steak, cut into serving sizes, 1 tbsp. pepper, 4 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 2 cloves garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Rub steaks with pepper.
Melt butter in a skillet and sear steaks on both sides.
Add garlic and onions and saute about 5 minutes.
