Onion-Glorified Chops
Onion-Glorified Chops is an easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings (about 1/2 c.; optional), 6 pork chops (each 3/4-inch thick, about 2 lb.), 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can campbell's cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup and 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Clean and prepare ham for cooking.
Soak overnight in cold water.
Take out and wipe with paper towel.
Place ham in large cooker.
Put 6 colas over ham.
Fill cooker with water.
Place on top of stove and bring to a hard rapid boil.
