Onion Cheese Supper Bread
Onion Cheese Supper Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 egg, beaten, 1/2 c. milk and 1 1/2 c. biscuit mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Saute onion in oil until tender but not brown.
Combine egg and milk.
Add to biscuit mix and stir until moistened.
Add onion, half of cheese and parsley.
Spread dough in a greased 8-inch round cake pan.

Drizzle butter over top and bake at 400Β° for 20 minutes. Serves 8.
