Onion Cheese Soup is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. onion rings, raw, 1 tsp. margarine, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed, 2 beef bouillon cubes and 1 1/2 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute onion in margarine.
Add cream cheese, stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted.
Dissolve bouillon in boiling water, add to cream cheese mixture.
