Onion-Cheese Bread
Onion-Cheese Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. onions, chopped, 1 tbsp. shortening, 1 egg, beaten, 1/2 c. milk and 1 1/4 c. bisquick, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Saute onion in shortening until golden.
Mix egg and milk, then blend with Bisquick.
Add onion and half the cheese.
Spread dough in greased 8 x 1 1/2-inch round cake pan.

Bake at 400Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
