Onion Casserole
Onion Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, 1 1/2 c. crushed ritz or club crackers, 1 c. parmesan cheese and 5 large onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt 6 Tbsp. butter and pour over crushed crackers.
Slice onions thin and saute in remaining butter.
Pour 1/2 the onions into a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Cover with 1/2 of the cheese, then 1/2 of the buttered cracker crumbs.
Repeat layers with remaining onions, cheese and crackers.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 minutes.
