Onion Casserole
Onion Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 3 large onions, sliced thin, 1 (7 1/2 oz.) bag potato chips, 1/2 lb. cheese, grated and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, mixed with 1/2 soup can milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In buttered casserole dish, place a layer of sliced onions (slices overlapping).
Over this, sprinkle layer of crushed potato chips, then a layer of grated cheese.
Repeat these layers almost to the top of the dish.
Pour soup and milk mixture over all. Bake in moderate oven until onions are tender (about 45 minutes).
