Onion Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 5 extra large white sweet onions, 1 stick butter or margarine, parmesan cheese and 1 stack crushed ritz crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Peel and slice onions into thin rings.
Saute slowly in butter until limp.
Pour 1/2 of the onions into a greased casserole. Cover with Parmesan cheese and cracker crumbs.
Repeat layers. Bake in a preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes about 6 to 8 servings.
