Onion Bread
Onion Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cottage cheese, 2 tbsp. minced onions, 2 tbsp. garlic salt, 2 tbsp. margarine and 2 pkg. yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix first 4 ingredients.
Put on stove (turn stove on low heat) until warm and margarine melts.
With another bowl mix yeast, sugar and warm water.
After yeast dissolves, mix warm mixture with eggs. Fold in flour until sticky.
Leave in bowl and let rise for 1 hour. Take out and knead, then put in 2 loaf pans.
Let rise, then bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Brush with margarine.
