Onion Bread
Onion Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. onion soup, 2 c. water, 2 pkg. yeast, 1/2 c. warm water and pinch of sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Simmer onion soup in water about 10 minutes.
In the meantime, dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water and sugar.
Take milk, butter, salt and sugar and mix with soup mixture.
Add yeast when cool.
Mix in, not too stiff dough.
Allow to rise.
Form 2 long loaves on cookie sheet; slash top of loaves with shears.
When light, bake in 400° oven for beginning and lower to 350° for 30 minutes.
