Onigari Yaki
Onigari Yaki is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. water, 1/4 c. sweet vinegar, 1 c. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. sugar and 3 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a saucepan, combine sweet vinegar, water, soy sauce and sugar.
Bring to a boil.
Thread 6 shrimp on skewer.
Dip skewers in sauce, then broil over hot coals.
Brush constantly with sauce until shrimp are glazed and barely tender (just a few minutes) on each side.
