One-Pot Turkey Tetrazzini
One-Pot Turkey Tetrazzini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 tbsp. butter, 2 (10 oz.) cans chicken broth, 1 1/2 c. water and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Saute onion in butter in large heavy pot until tender.
Add broth, water and pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Add spaghetti gradually so liquid continues to boil.
Cook, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until tender.
Add more water, if needed.
Set aside 1/4 of pimento for garnish.
Add remaining ingredients to spaghetti, cover and heat for 3 minutes.
Turn into serving dish. Garnish with pimento and parsley.
