One Pot Stroganoff
One Pot Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 4 c. tomato juice, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 8 oz. medium egg noodles and 1 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute beef and onion in Dutch oven until brown.
Pour off excess fat.
Stir in tomato juice, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Bring to a boil.
Add noodles, a few at a time, so mixture continues to boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
Stir in sour cream thoroughly, but do not boil.
Serves 4 to 6.
