One Dish Meat Loaf, Potatoes And Vegetables is an impressive dinner. Mix all ingredients, except potatoes, peas and tomato soup. Shape into a large, deep ring.
Put frozen peas in center of ring. Put potatoes around outside of ring.
(If potatoes are large, cut in half.)
Mix soup with equal amount of milk; pour over all.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for about 1 1/2 hours, or until potatoes are done.
