One Dish Meal is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 8 minutes. Made with . ground turkey, medium-large onion, finely chopped, cajun-style tomatoes, chopped coarsely, (17 oz.) cans whole kernel corn or 3 (12 oz.) vacuum pack whole kernel corn and servings mashed potato flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Saute meat and onion until meat is barely cooked.
Spray a 17 x 13-inch pan with "Pam".
Put meat and onion mixture in bottom and spread to sides.
Pour tomatoes over meat mixture.
(I don't use all of the juice.)
Then spread the drained corn and the previously made mashed potatoes.
(Make according to directions on bag, using the softer recipe.)
