One Dish Meal is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck, 4 medium onions, 4 medium white potatoes (irish) and 4 medium carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Divide meat in half.
Pat into 2 large patties on foil.
Cut onions, carrots and potatoes in bite size pieces on top of meat. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top to season.
Add margarine on top of vegetables.
Fold the aluminum foil up around meat and vegetables.
Place in shallow pan and cook in oven 1 hour at 400Β°. Serves 2.
