One Dish Meal is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 c. chopped onions, 1 can mushroom soup, 2 c. chopped celery and 1 c. uncooked rice (not minute), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown meat and drain, reserving fat in skillet.
Remove meat to 2-quart baking dish.
Saute onion in reserved fat.
Drain off fat and mix onion with meat.
Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until celery is tender. Cover dish for last 1/2 hour of baking.
