One-Crust Turkey Or Chicken Pie is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/3 c. margarine, 1/2 c. bisquick or jiffy mix, 1/3 c. chopped onion, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1/8 tsp. thyme, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Heat 1/3 c. margarine in 2-quart saucepan over low heat, stir in 1/2 cup biscuit mix, onion, pepper and thyme.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until bubbles.
Remove from heat.
Stir in chicken broth and milk.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; boil and stir for 1 minute.
Stir in chicken and frozen vegetables; heat through.
Keep warm.
