Olive-Cheese Balls
Olive-Cheese Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. shredded sharp natural cheddar cheese, 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted and about 36 pimiento-stuffed small olives, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix cheese and flour.
Add butter and mix thoroughly.
(If dough seems dry, work with hands.)
Mold 1 teaspoon of dough around each olive; shape into ball.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Cover; chill at least 1 hour.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 3 to 4 dozen appetizers.
