Olive Cheese Ball
Olive Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 8 oz. blue cheese, 1/4 c. butter, 2/3 c. olives, well drained and chopped and 1 tbsp. snipped chives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Blend cream cheese, Blue cheese and butter, then stir in chives and olives.
Chill slightly.
Form into a ball.
Chill well.
Press walnuts over outside of ball.
Serve surrounded with assorted crackers.
