Olga's Cherry Coke Salad
Olga'S Cherry Coke Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large can bing cherries (sweet), pitted, 1 small can crushed pineapple, 2 small pkg. cherry jello, 1 c. chopped pecans and 2 small bottles coke (warm, not chilled), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain juice from cherries and pineapple.
Add enough water to make 2 cups of liquid.
Heat and dissolve jello. Then add rest of the ingredients.
Pour into mold or a pretty clear glass bowl. Chill until set.
Good at Christmas with a little whipped cream!
