Old World Manicotti
Old World Manicotti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 large manicotti shells, 4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 c. ricotta cheese, 6 tbsp. fresh basil and 26 oz. jar spaghetti sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat oven to 350Β°. Spray 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray.
Cook pasta; drain and rinse.
In medium bowl, mix 3 cups Mozzarella with Ricotta and fresh basil.
With a teaspoon, stuff pasta shells with the cheese mixture.
Spoon 2 cups spaghetti sauce into prepared baking pan.
Arrange stuffed pasta over sauce.
Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over the top of the shells.
Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella.
Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake for 10 minutes longer.
