Old-Timey Bread Pudding

Cut bread into cubes and place in a greased 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with raisins.
Mix eggs, 1/4 cup of sugar, salt, milk and water and pour over raisins.
Let stand for 10 minutes. Add vanilla and stir.
Sprinkle with remaining sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
