Old-Time Peanut Butter Fudge
Old-Time Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. peanut butter, 2 c. sugar, 1/3 c. milk, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix peanut butter, sugar, milk and salt in pan and begin to cook over medium heat.
Cook until the mixture forms hard, round ball when dropped into a cup of cold water.
Remove from heat; add vanilla and butter.
With a large wooden spoon, begin to beat the fudge until it cools and starts to thicken, approximately 300 strokes.
Pour into a greased (butter) platter or pan.
When it starts to set up, cut into 1 x 1-inch squares.
