Mix all ingredients together, except the flour. Add the 4 cups flour gradually to the mixture until the dough is the right consistency.
Not make the dough too dry.
Roll out thin and cut in desired shapes. Bake at 350Β° for 12 minutes. Sprinkle sugar on top of each tea cake. Makes about 4 dozen.
