Old Fashioned Rice Pudding
Old Fashioned Rice Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. uncooked rice (scant), 4 c. milk, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine all ingredients in 6-cup buttered casserole.
Place in slow oven (300Β°) about 3 hours until pudding is thick and creamy, not dry.
Stir every 15 minutes for 2 hours, carefully turning under brown top and scraping edges down.
Sprinkle with nutmeg (optional) when done.
Serve hot or cold.
