Old-Fashioned Rice Pudding

Combine egg, salt, sugar, vanilla and lemon peel in buttered 2-quart casserole.
Combine milk, rice and raisins.
Stir in egg mix.
Set casserole in pan of hot water filled to 1-inch of top of casserole.
Bake uncovered at 300Β° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Stir after 30 minutes.
