Ingredients so dough is thick enough to roll out, soft but not tough.
Roll out on well floured surface to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut in 2 x 4-inch or smaller rectangular shapes, slit in center and pull one end through center slit. Deep fry to a light brown color on both sides.
Sprinkle with granulated sugar while hot.
Put on paper toweled platter and enjoy.
