Old-Fashioned Cookies
Old-Fashioned Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 3/4 c. unsifted flour, 2 tsp. cream of tartar, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a small bowl, mix the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar; beat in eggs. Gradually stir in the flour mixture.
Using 1 level tablespoon of the dough for each, roll into balls.
Dip in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Place a few inches apart on greased cookie sheets. Bake in a 375Β° oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Do not overbake.
Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
