Heat oven to 350Β°.
Spray 2 round pans or a 13 x 9 x 2-inch oblong pan with Pam.
In a large mixing bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla.
Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Remove beater.
Stir in boiling water. Batter will be thin.
Pour into prepared pans.
Bake in round pans 30 to 35 minutes or 35 to 40 minutes in an oblong pan, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan to a wire rack.
Cool completely.
