Oklahoma Fried Rice
Oklahoma Fried Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. green onions, chopped, 1 1/2 c. ham, diced, 2 1/2 c. minute rice (uncooked), 4 eggs and soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Put rice on to cook. Lightly grease a large frying pan. Saute onions. Put cooked ham in with onions. In small frying pan, scramble eggs until done. When eggs are cooked, mix them in with ham and chopped onions. When rice is done, mix rice in large frying pan with ham. Stir for few minutes and season with soy sauce to taste. Serve as a whole meal. Serves 4 easily.
