Okie Corn
Okie Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn, 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn (don't drain), 1/2 c. butter, 3 eggs, beaten and 1 medium onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Saute onion and pepper in butter.
Mix the cream-style corn, whole kernel corn, butter, eggs, onion and green pepper with cornbread mix.
Bake in a greased 9 x 13 pan 25 minutes at 350Β°. Remove from oven.
Add on top the sour cream and cheese.
Return to oven until cheese melts.
