Oil Pie Crust
Oil Pie Crust is an easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. flour, 1/2 c. salad oil and 4 tbsp. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix flour and oil until particles are size of small peas. Add water until flour is all moistened and dough cleans side of bowl.
Roll out to fit pan.
Place in pan and crimp edges.
Do not prebake for mince or pumpkin pie.
You would pre-bake for a custard or lemon meringue pie or any pie with a pre-cooked filling.
