Oil Pastry
Oil Pastry is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. vegetable oil and 3 tbsp. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix flour, salt and oil.
Add 3 tablespoons cold water.
Divide dough, slightly larger ball for bottom crust.
Roll out between wax paper.
Peel off top wax paper and lay bottom paper with crust over 9-inch pie plate.
Peel off wax paper and fit crust into plate. Trim and flute or if using top crust also, flute and trim after placing over filling.
