Oil-Free Granola
Oil-Free Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. rolled oats, 1 c. rye or wheat flakes, 1/2 c. favorite nuts or seeds, pinch of salt and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 300Β°.
In a large bowl, combine oats, wheat flakes, nuts and salt.
Warm the honey and vanilla; mix with oats. Spread thin on cookie sheet.
Cook 20 to 25 minutes.
Stir every 5 minutes to prevent burning.
Yields 6 cups.
