Ohio Lasagna
Ohio Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 1 (16 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, 1/2 lb. american cheese, 1/2 lb. grated mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese (to taste), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown chicken.
Add onion, mushrooms, tomato sauce and paste. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Prepare noodles separately using a tablespoon of oil in water to prevent sticking.
Drain and spread each noodle.
Ready to layer.
Alternate layer sauce, noodles and cheeses in 13 x 9 1/4-inch casserole.
Repeat.
Bake covered for 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Yields 12 to 14 servings.
