Ohio Ham Loaf
Ohio Ham Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. unseasoned bread crumbs, 2 tbsp. sweet onion, minced, 3 eggs, 1/4 c. milk and 1 1/4 lb. cooked ham, ground, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Combine bread crumbs and onion.
Stir in eggs and milk.
Add ham, pepper, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Pat into a large loaf pan.
Press brown sugar on top. Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours.
After 1 hour remove foil and baste top of loaf with melted brown sugar.
Replace foil. After 90 minutes remove foil and baste again.
Cook uncovered the remaining 30 minutes.
Serve directly from pan.
