Odessa's Stuffed Bell Pepper
Odessa'S Stuffed Bell Pepper is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 large peppers, clean and parboil, 1 lb. hamburger (raw), 1 can mushroom soup, 1/2 c. water and 1 c. rice (raw), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Wash and core peppers; mix other ingredients and fill peppers. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 325°.
These can be wrapped and frozen.
Just reheat to serve.
This mixture can be used as a casserole.
Also, just leave off 7 of the peppers and chop one and add to other mixture and in casserole bake for 2 hours at 325° or until done.
