Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Oatmeal Raisin Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, softened, 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. egg substitute and 2 tsp. vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Beat margarine at medium speed with an electric mixer. Gradually add sugars, beating well.
Add egg substitute and vanilla; mix well.
Combine flour and next 3 ingredients. Gradually add to margarine mixture, mixing well.
Stir in raisins. Drop dough by 2 teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
Transfer to wire racks to cool.
