Oatmeal Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. crisco, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, 4 eggs and 3 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream together the Crisco, sugar and vanilla.
Mix in flour (a little at a time).
Stir in oats and raisins.
Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet.
